Valerie Fallica is the founder and managing member of The Law Office of Valerie A. Fallica, LLC.

Prior to founding The Law Office of Valerie A. Fallica, Valerie worked as a legal specialist at Rodriguez Stern, PC, where she acquired extensive experience across a wide range of criminal cases and proceedings. Attorney Fallica began her legal career working as a legal assistant at Zwicker & Associates, PC, working in debt collection, bankruptcy, and civil litigation.

Before beginning her law career, Attorney Fallica worked at Charles River Laboratories and Toxikon Corporation. During this time, Valerie worked in drug formulation and analytical chemistry.

Attorney Fallica earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and Forensic Science from Suffolk University and a J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law. During her studies, Valerie was selected for prestigious internship positions at both the Boston Crime Laboratory and the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office. Valerie’s unique background provides her with the skills and expertise needed to zealously represent her clients in a broad range of legal actions.

Attorney Fallica is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar and the New Hampshire Bar. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association, as well as a sworn Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
